If you need help with your account, downloads, payments, refunds, TSR CC Manager, or anything else related to the site, please submit a ticket to the Support Center.
The more details you can share about your account and the issue (usernames, email addresses, screenshots, etc.), the faster we can investigate and help. We always reply, but if you don’t hear back from us, it’s often due to email filters - especially with Microsoft-owned domains such as MSN, Live, Hotmail, and Outlook. In those cases, please add us as a safe sender and check your junk/spam folder.
