This is a bit of a generic error and might indicate any other errors listed under payment problems or even be a problem with our site.
Sometimes, a price change can cause this error. If you've used the card with us before but the subscription rates have changed since the last time you subscribed, we sometimes need to remove your payment method so that you can re-add it as a 'new agreement.' This is because adding a payment method also gives you authority for the amount you first want to pay. Also, check that you have entered the correct address, as this too can cause a 'failed order.'
