If you get the "Download session expired" error when trying to download something, there could be a few reasons.
- You're trying to download something while another countdown is already active. Please wait for the first countdown to be ready before activating the next one.
- The error can sometimes also appear if cookies are disabled in your browser. In that case, please activate cookies and try again by doing the following:
- sign out of TSR
- close ALL browser windows
- open your browser and sign back into TSR
- perform a deep refresh (press the keys Ctrl-F5 together) of the download you are trying to acquire
If these actions still don't resolve the issue, please try using a different browser and check that no anti-virus or internet tool is blocking cookies.
